Appointments such as styling, treatments, and personalized consultations are scheduled exclusively for each client. Changes may be made up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. No refund if canceled after this period due to reserved scheduling.

3.2 Digital Products

Digital items like e-books and video tutorials are available for instant download. As these files are delivered immediately, refunds are only issued for technical delivery failures. To request assistance, visit our contact form.

3.3 Physical Products

Beauty items and accessories can be sent back within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. To initiate, contact our team via the contact form. Once confirmed, a refund will be processed within 14 days to the original method of purchase.
